Lucknow: Under the chairmanship of the State’s Jal Shakti Minister, Swatantra Dev Singh, a posting program for junior engineers was organized in the Parikalpa Bhawan auditorium of the Irrigation and Water Resources Department located in Telibagh.
On this occasion, 11 newly promoted Executive Engineers (Mechanical) and 144 newly appointed junior engineers (civil) of the Irrigation and Water Resources Department were posted under a transparent process as per the option sought by them.
The Jal Shakti Minister congratulated all the newly selected junior engineers present for their appointment in the department and said that all of you should give the highest priority to honesty in your life, perform your duties by going to the pinnacle of hard work. Perform the responsibilities set by the department with full honesty. All of you should give your valuable contribution in the interest of the farmers. He called upon the newly appointed junior engineers to take the department forward by working without pressure with full efficiency and ability.
He said that the process of selection and posting under a transparent process is the top priority of the state government. The work performed by them should always be in the interest of the farmers. Jalshakti Minister Swatantra Dev Singh said that there is no place for corruption in the Yogi government of the state. The state government has adopted a zero tolerance policy against corruption. All processes from posting to transfer are being completed in a systematic and transparent manner. No irregularities will be allowed anywhere in the entire process from recruitment to deployment.
On this occasion, Principal Secretary Irrigation and Water Resources Mr. Anil Garg, Chief Engineer and Head of Department Mr. Akhilesh Sachan, Chief Engineer Project Mr. Sandeep Kumar and other related officers were present.
